Jess is the founder of Alpha Admissions and a graduate of the Queen’s Commerce program. For over a decade, she has helped hundreds of students gain acceptance to the world’s most competitive universities by uncovering what makes each applicant truly unique and transforming it into a bold, unforgettable story. She teaches students how to communicate their narrative with clarity and confidence across essays, videos, and interviews.
As a TD Scholar, Jess brings firsthand insight into scholarships and selective admissions, and also advises entrepreneurs and executives on personal brand storytelling and interview strategy.
Katie is a graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce program at Queen’s University. At Queen’s, she held leadership roles including Co-Chair of ACE Queen’s (DECA), and contributed as both a case writer and business teacher. With a strong background in case competitions, mentorship, and communication, she’s passionate about helping students stand out. Katie now works in the insurance industry as a Producer Associate, bringing her relationship-building and business skills into practice.
Andrew is a student in the BMOS and Ivey HBA program at Western University with hands-on experience across venture capital and private equity. He has held analyst roles at White Star Capital (AUM ~$1.5B), Evolis Capital, and Koru Capital, supporting investments in sectors such as TMT, healthcare, and late-stage growth. Andrew is passionate about helping students navigate the transition to business school, with a strong focus on storytelling, mentorship, and strategic preparation.
